The YB-12 series prefabricated box type substation is an outdoor compact distribution station composed of high-voltage switchgear, transformers, low-voltage switchgear, and enclosures. It is used as a distribution product for receiving and distributing electrical energy in a 10/0.4KV three-phase AC power system. This product has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, small footprint, fast installation, and convenient maintenance.

The high-voltage switchgear of this product adopts the XGN15-12 series switchgear and SRM16-12 series fully enclosed, fully insulated, and inflatable switchgear independently produced by our company; The transformer adopts dry-type or oil immersed transformer; The low-voltage switchgear adopts the GGD series, GCS series, and GCK series low-voltage switchgear produced by our company.

The substation skeleton is made of surface treated steel, which has sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity;

The shell material is made of cold-rolled steel plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum alloy plate, composite color plate, etc;

Each room is separated into independent compartments using steel plates, and its internal shape can be arranged in various forms such as "eye" shape, "pin" shape, etc;

For the convenience of monitoring and maintenance, the transformer room, high and low voltage rooms are equipped with lighting devices;

The top cover is a double-layer structure that can prevent heat radiation from increasing indoor temperature;

Transformers mainly rely on natural ventilation. When the temperature in the transformer room exceeds the set temperature, the axial flow fan installed at the top automatically starts to control the temperature in the transformer room;

The rotatable connecting parts are equipped with sealing devices to provide good moisture resistance;

The protection performance is complete, the operation is convenient, and the high-voltage side has complete five prevention functions to ensure the safety of maintenance;
